Even though this workout is labeled “Beginners”, it will still give a very challenging workout when done using full flexion the whole 30 seconds. The only reason it is labeled “Beginners” is because the twists are done at a less advanced level.

I love Yometrics! Good workout. I love feeling my muscles working and getting stronger, while getting a nice stretch! Feels awesome!
@Judy…A nice warm blanket at the end would be totally acceptable!
I really like this Month 2 Beginners Yometrics. Completely different from month 1, even though they are both excellent. I could so totally cover up with a blanket during the relaxation pose and go to sleep. It feels wonderful after a good workout
I love the pigeon hold, I think is what you called it, it stretches your hip flexors so well!!
