When will the workouts be available on DVD. I don’t have a computer at home at the moment to watch the videos. I am continuing to workout at the gym using your guidlines for the 30 second fat burners and some weight training but I would like to try the yometircs.
I’ll check with my fulfillment company tomorrow, Brad, and let you know.
It’s back! We now have the workout DVD’s available again.

Really starting to enjoy Yometrics! Getting all the way through the workout feels like an accomplishment. Paying attention to all my muscles, instead of watching the number on a machine like I use to. I can feel myself getting stronger and love the nice stretch as well.
Glad you enjoy, Yometrics, Rachelle. I have to admit, it’s my favorite way to workout!
My body was aching today. We had a heavy snowfall and I shoveled and was so achy I could hardly walk. After family left tonight after Sunday dinner – I decided to stretch with YoMetrics. Wow, so glad; however, I could only do 13 minutes. It’s a start and I hope to incorporate this with my regular exercise program. It’s a little challenging getting into a few of the positions, yet I did it. So, now I believe I can build from here. The more weight I lose the more comfortable I will feel getting into the positions. Something to work towards.
I have just accomplished my first beginner yometrics…I am proud of myself…I should sleep like a baby tonight…I will be at it again tomorrow
Great job, Kathleen! I LOVE the yometrics and the brain trains!!! You’ll find that the more you do them, the
stronger you will get on doing them. Some of the moves I can’t do, but I do as close to them as I can and know
I’m still getting a great workout.
First work out! Wow I didn’t make it all the way through but please I did accomplish what I was able to!
Way to go, Kathleen! Continue to listen to your body, and work at your own pace. You’ll see yourself getting stronger with each workout.
