30 Sec Fat Blaster Videos

INTRO

30SedFBintro 30 Sec Fat Blaster Videos TIP: To prevent extreme soreness, you may want to not push to as hard as you can on the first day. However, to receive maximum benefits from these work-out, you must push yourself! If at any time, you find these exercises easy, it means you are not pushing hard enough! We’re talking 30 SECONDS here… so PUSH and see the great results you want to see!

Pushing yourself means increasing the speed in which you perform each motion – ALWAYS being mindful of your body, and staying in complete control. Injuries happen when you lose focus and lose control. And we don’t want injuries!

You can time yourself using a stop watch, a clock with a second hand, or a Gymboss Interval Timer like I do.

WARMING UP

Loved the idea of keeping tennis shoes on throughout the day to take advantage of impromptu fat blaster opportunities!

My first experience with a fat blaster was jumping rope and sprints several years ago, which left me with Plantar Fasciitis that I battled for years, so I have been reluctant to try them again because I assumed that they were high impact and would cause problems for me.

I am delighted to see that most of the blaster demonstrated by Mari are NOT high impact!

This morning I did my usual routine on the elliptical and am adding some fat blasters throughout my day.

For the GET HOT BY SPRING Challenge, I did one of my favorite workout combos today.

10 minutes on elliptical machine + a 45 second fat blaster + a round of free weights combined with some great U2 music.

I repeat it all 3 times total and get a great 45 minute workout that is constantly changing and never boring!

Looking forward to going sleeveless soon!!!!

I did my first Fat Blasters this evening. WOW! What an experience. I have done various exercises, but never in this manner. I like that I can get a good workout in 15 minutes. Some days I don’t feel like I have time for a workout (cause of it being 45-60 minutes), but I can definitely fit 15 minutes into my schedule. Thank you Mari Ann for such an awesome program.
