Thanks for the excellent suggestion! Those of you with an iPhone, check out the Interval Time Pro by Deltaworks. If you have an android device, try the Impetus (or the Impetus Plus if you want to use music).. Note that downloading songs is a separate charge.
Also, awesome to hear that you're getting stronger! I'm very proud of your determination and results. You are such an inspirations! Way to go :-)

I discovered this great iPhone App called Interval Timer Pro. There is a free version that I tried first, but it is well worth the 99 cents to go pro. I also have the GymBoss Interval Timer ($19.99) and it does exactly the same thing, but more. My favorite thing about it is the ability to program your workout so that during the 30 seconds you are exercising you can play some fast music to help you keep going and when the music stops you know it's time to rest. Then you hear an alarm of your choice and the music resumes for your next 30 second fat blast. The entire series of 9 intervals will go automatically from beginning to end unless you stop it. I downloaded some fun music like Footloose and The Twist to keep my energy up. Hope this helps someone else out there that is struggling to exercise. It DOES get easier and easier if you hang in there.

I'm getting better at the Yometrics too. I can maintain my plank pose for the whole 30 seconds now and I can actually hold my Eagle Pose for a few seconds before I wobble. My goal is to make it the whole 30 seconds, I get further and further each time I try. :D
