Lemon Sherbet

4 Servings

Counts as 1 TWO-A-DAY fruit


1 gram sugar


Ingredients
3/4 cup xylitol
3 cups water
1/2 pkg stevia
juice from 3 small limes
10 drops lemon oil
1 cup heavy cream


Putting it together:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT cream
2. Mix well until xylitol is completely dissolved.
3. Add in 1 cup heavy cream, stirring well.
4. Add to ice cream maker and free until firm.


When using Xylitol please note that it is toxic to dogs, so do not let your four legged friends have anything with Xylitol.
