Many changes have been made to the website over the last few months to help you become more conscious about mindful eating:
- The Weekly Steps to Success Have Been Redesigned (Weeks 1 – 4)
- All Brain Training Videos Have Been Re-Created
- NEW Brain Training Videos Have Been Added to Week 3 (you’ll LOVE these!)
- SOAP (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer) Section Has Been Added.

Effortless Weight Loss

Romans 12:2 says
“Don’t be conformed to the customs of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind”.
And, , that’s exactly what happens when we renew our minds with what God has to say about us, and about our responsibility to take care of His wonderful creation (that’s YOU I’m talking about!).
When you renew your mind, you’ll find yourself craving good healthy foods. You’ll find yourself desiring to work-out. Making healthy choices will no longer be a struggle – they’ll just be “what you do”!
