Frozen Pear-tini

sugar free pear-tini

Counts as 1 TWO-A-DAY fruit

 


1 gram sugar


Ingredients
3 cups water
3/4 cup xylitol
1/2 pkg stevia
juice from 3 small limes
10 drops lemon oil
4 shots Absolut Pears vodka

Stir well until xylitol is completely dissolved. Pour into margarita machine or automatic ice-cream maker and freeze until slushy.

No margarita machine or automatic ice-cream maker? Here’s an alternative method: Freeze in ice-cube trays, then put in a blender!


When using Xylitol please note that it is toxic to dogs, so do not let your four legged friends have anything with Xylitol.
