“Anyone that knows me knows that I’m constantly on (and constantly breaking) a diet. My weight problems began when I went away to college. I grew up dancing and practiced with my high school dance team for hours each day, and because of some of the related pressure, I experimented with diet pills. When I took a break from dancing and the pills in my first year of college, my metabolism changed dramatically, and I went from a size 2 or 4 in August to a size 10 or 12 by December.”
